• Demand Response

  Demand Response (DR) involves the temporary reduction or shift of electrical usage by a business or institution for a limited amount of time when the reliability of the grid is in jeopardy or wholesale energy prices are high.

• Ice Bear Thermal Energy Storage Program

  This program reduces the energy you use to cool your building during peak (afternoon) periods. Glendale Water & Power (GWP) is pleased to offer this technology at no cost to building owners.

• Large Business Incentives Program

  Incentives for medium and large businesses to complete pre-approved energy audits and energy saving projects

• Vending Miser Registration

  Vending Miser reduces energy consumption, costs and greenhouse gas impacts of vending machines.

• Business Solar Solutions

  Funds/Incentives for this program are currently unavailable.

  Provides incentives to Glendale businesses to promote the installation of grid-connected solar photovoltaic systems.

• Green Building Program

  Sustainable design is the practice of creating healthier and more resource efficient models of construction, renovation, operation, maintenance, and demolition. Increasingly, buildings incorporating sustainable design are called Green Buildings.

• Save Water, Save a Buck

  Rebates are available for several water-efficient technologies to help businesses lower bills, reduce energy costs and address environmental impact.

• Small Business Energy Saving Survey

  Receive up to $2,000 in free energy and water saving upgrades through this simple hassle-free program.

• Greenhouse Gas Analyzer

  Available exclusively to our business customers, this tool will allow you to determine how to best cut down on your company's production of harmful greenhouse gases.

• Peak Hogs

  Small business owners and small business property owners are eligible to replace inefficient air conditioning units with new ENERGY STAR® qualified units. Peak Hog incentives can equal as much as 50% of the installed cost of a new ENERGY STAR® system!

• Green Partners Program

  Green Partners offers our electric customers the opportunity to purchase green power and assist us in more quickly achieving Glendale's Renewable Portfolio Standard goals.
