Each year, Glendale Water & Power transfers funds to the City of Glendale General Fund. For Fiscal Year 2003-04, GWP transferred over $19 million to the city fund. The General Fund finances important services supporting the safety and well-being of the citizens of Glendale. These services include Fire, Police, Libraries, Parks & Recreation, Community Services, Planning, Public Works, and General Government Staff.
