Poll and Cable Replacement Program

The pole and cable replacement program is a continuing effort. Under this program, GWP is inspecting all 15,000 poles, 2,000 underground vaults, and 240 miles of underground cable. Any poles and/or cables determined deficient are being replaced. The goal of the project is to ensure GWP’s infrastructure will support the delivery of reliable power to customers.
