Incentives for Business, School, and Government Buildings
Solar incentives will be provided through GWP
Solar Solutions PBC program. Water efficiency incentives will be
provided through the
Save Water, Save a Buck partnership program. Additional
cost-effective incentives may be added.

Retrofitting for Greater Energy Efficiency
Business and Schools
Cash incentives equal to $0.06 per kWh saved over the life of installed
measures up to 25% of the installed cost for energy efficiency
improvements. Maximum incentive per customer is $100,000 per year.
Municipal Buildings
The Operation City Lights PBC program provides funding up to 100% of the
installed cost for GWP approved City building projects provided they
meet TRC and PAT cost-effectiveness tests.
Energy Efficient New Construction
Business and Schools
The Business Energy Solutions PBC program provides business customers,
including local schools, incentives for projects that go a minimum 15%
beyond Title 24 standards. Incentives will generally be $0.06 per kWh
saved over the life of installed energy efficiency measures up to 100%
of incremental cost. The energy efficiency improvements must bring the
project 15% or beyond the minimum Title 24 standard and much pass the
TRC and PAT cost-effectiveness tests. Maximum incentive per customer is
$100,000 per year, and all incentives may be limited by available PBC
funding.
Municipal Buildings
New construction incentives for new City of Glendale buildings would be
evaluated and approved on a case by case basis. Incentives would be
equal to 100% of incremental cost to install energy efficiency
improvements above Title 24 requirements subject to TRC and PAT cost
effectiveness tests. The final building design must exceed minimum Title
24 standard by 15% to be eligible. Maximum incentive would be determined
based on available PBC funding.
