Incentives for Single Family Homes
Solar incentives will be provided through the GWP
Solar Solutions PBC program. Existing single family homes will apply for
energy and water efficiency incentives through the existing
GWP Smart Home Energy and Water Saving Survey,
Rebate, and
AC and Duct Testing PBC programs.
New construction incentives listed will be paid through this program provided
they meet the minimum 15% beyond Title 24 standard.
Customers will also be able to purchase energy efficient lighting at reduced
cost through our new
Energy Efficiency Lighting program. Additional cost effective incentives
may be added.

Up to $4.00/watt on new constructions and/or retrofit using 30 KWdc and less.

- $2.50/sqft for Energy Star windows
- $0.125/SqFt rebate for R30 attic insulation
Water Efficiency
- Free installation of toilet displacement device
- Free installation of toilet flapper
- Free installation of low flow showerheads and faucet aerators
- $125 for dual flush toilets
- $40 for ultra low flush toilets
